Shipping policy

**Where we ship**

Curious Kids Lab ships to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

**When your box ships**

Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month and boxes ship on the 5th of each month. One-time orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box leaves our facility.

**How long delivery takes**

Most boxes arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Delivery is handled by USPS. Occasionally weather or carrier delays can extend this window — if your box hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the ship date, please reach out and we'll track it down with you.

**Shipping cost**

Shipping is free on every box, every month, to every U.S. address. No promo codes or minimums required.

**Address changes**

If you need to update your shipping address, please make the change in your account by the 25th of the month to make sure it applies to the next box. Changes made after the 25th will take effect the following month.

**Refunds and cancellations**

Once a box has shipped for the month, that month's box is non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account — cancellations made before the 1st of the month prevent the next month's charge and shipment.
